Processing and Shipping

Processing times are estimates only and may vary during busy periods, public holidays or unforeseen circumstances. If you have an order that is time sensitive (eg. A bulk order for a funeral or celebration of life) Before placing your order please reach out as we will always try to accomodate. 

Once an order has been dispatched, we are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information provided is accurate. We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses supplied by the customer
