Welcome to Made to Remember. Thank you for choosing us to purchase your precious keepsakes from. It means the world to us. By accessing and purchasing from our website you you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. General

These terms apply to all visitors and customers of our online store. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.

2. Products

Our products are custom-made using the photos and information uploaded and provided by you.

As each item is personalised, slight variations in colour, cropping or image placement may occur due to differences in screen displays, image quality and the printing process.

We reserve the right to refuse any order that ontains offensive, inappropriate, or copyrighted material that you do not have permission to use.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time. 

3. Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that:

• You own or have permission to use all photos uploaded to our website.
• The information you provide is accurate and complete

Once an order has been placed, changes or cancellations may not be possible if production has already begun.

4. Social Media Permission

By default, permission to share your images of your magnets is set to "Yes" at checkout.

• To opt out, select "No" during checkout or email us.
• We’ll never tag you or share personal details without permission.

5. Photo Quality

The final print quality depends on the quality of the images you provide us.

While we do our best to ensure your magnets look beautiful, we cannot be held responsible for poor-quality prints resulting from low-resolution, blurry, cropped or damaged images supplied by the person ordering.

6. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

We reserve the right to update or change prices at anytime without notice.

Payment must be received in full before your order is processed and produced.

7. Processing and Shipping

Processing times are estimates only and may vary during busy periods, public holidays or unforeseen circumstances. If you have an order that is time sensitive (eg. A bulk order for a funeral or celebration of life) Before placing your order please reach out as we will always try to accomodate. 

Once an order has been dispatched, we are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information provided is accurate. We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses supplied by the customer

8. Returns & Refunds

Due to our products being custom made we do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect photo uploads
• Minor variations in colour or cropping
• Delays caused by postal services

If your order arrives damaged please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include photos of the damage. We'll happily work with you to find an appropriate solution such a replacement or refund.

9. Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Gift cards are valid for the period specified at the time of purchase and can only be redeemed through our website.

Lost, stolen or expired gift cards may not be replaced.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including logos, designs, text, graphics and images is the property of Made to Remember and may not be reproduced without permission.

Customers retain ownership of the images they upload but grant Made to Remember permission to use those images for the purpose of creating and fulfilling their order (any sharing to our socials if given permission). 

We will never use your personal photos for marketing purposes without your permission.

11. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Any personal information collected through our website will be is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
